Sunset Vistas is located directly on the beach front in Treasure Island which is right in the heart of the Clearwater and St Petersburg beach resort area on the west coast of Florida. The Gulf Boulevard Road runs along the entire 40 kilometre stretch of white powder sand beaches from St Petersburg in the south to Clearwater in the north. Sunset Vistas is ideally located and accessible to the many attractions along the west coast and is home to Johns Pass Fishing and Shopping Village. This area offers a multitude of adventure and leisure activities including dinner and casino cruises, adventure tours, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, museums, restaurants, cafes and bars. Tampa International Airport is located 30 kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately 30 minutes. The resort has two and three bedroom self-catering condominiums, all with a private balcony, which are all fully furnished and well equipped. The resort has a cafe, beach bar, an adults' and children’s swimming pool, 2 jacuzzi's, a small business centre and gym.

Sunset Vistas is located on the beach front at Treasure Island which is right in the heart of the Clearwater and St Petersburg beach resort area. The Gulf Boulevard Road runs along the entire 40 kilometre stretch of white powder sand beaches from St Petersburg in the south to Clearwater in the north. Sunset Vistas is ideally located and accessible to the many attractions along the west coast of Florida. Locally, Treasure Island is near Johns Pass Fishing and Shopping Village which has one of Florida’s finest beaches. Johns Pass village has a multitude of adventure and leisure activities on offer including scuba diving, deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, museums, casino Boats and much more. Family attractions including Walt Disney World Resorts, Sea World, Busch Gardens and Universal Studios are all within an easy driving distance from the resort. The "Trolley", is a local bus service that has a stop immediately outside Sunset Vistas and travels up and down the entire beach stretch from 05:00 to 23:00 daily. Tampa International Airport is located 30 kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. St Petersburg Clearwater International Airport is located 15 kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic. A Super Shuttle service which is chargeable is available to and from both airports seven days a week.

Layout Description
Sunset Vistas beachfront condominium suites are located in a six storey building which is built in a U-shape style. The north, south and west wings surround and overlook a central landscaped garden area with water feature and seating areas. The front office lobby is located at the front of the building with the resort's cafe located on the second level directly above the lobby. Stairs lead up to the open terrace corridors leading to guestrooms. There are five elevators along the complex's three wings all located on the first level garden and parking area. The swimming pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi are situated at the far end of the complex overlooking the white sandy beach of Treasure Island. Located between the two pools are the Beach Bar and an entrance directly out to the beach. The business centre and gym are located on the second floor near the cafe.

Taxis Arranged Taxis are booked by telephone as there are no taxi ranks in the vicinity. The front desk is happy to book taxis or alternatively guests can call a taxi service themselves.
Tours Arranged There are tour information brochures available next to the reception desk. Excursions and tours need to be booked directly by guests at the appropriate tour operators outlets. There are many outlets located at Johns Pass Village which is a five minute car journey from the hotel . The front office are happy to recommend places of interest and things to do.
Guest Relations Front desk services include check-in and check-out and assistance with housekeeping or maintenance. Information is available at the front desk on the surrounding areas for shopping, medical facilities and places of interest to visit.

Medical Facilities There is a walk-in medical clinic called "Doctor's In" which is located two kilometres from the resort. The medical facility is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. They are closed on Sunday. The nearest hospital is Palms Pacadena which is located within a few kilometres of the resort.
Parking There is undercover parking with one complimentary parking space per condominium unit. There is meter parking available on the roadside at the front of the resort.

Sunset Vistas Condominium Resort units offer self-catering accommodation. The management front office reception is open 24 hours, is located on the first floor of the building and is available for check-in and check-out. The office also has an ATM machine. There are five elevators on the first floor serving all guestroom floors and are located in the car park area on level one. There are also stairs leading up to all guestroom floors. Cafe, gym and business centre are located on the second floor above the management office reception. The swimming pool, bar and entrance to the beach are all located at the far end of the resort on the level one.

The Cafe which is located on the second level above the reception serves as a convenience store too. The Cafe is open daily from 08:00 to 17:00 and sells personal hygiene items, detergents, beach towels, sunscreen, beer, wine, drinks and snacks. Johns Pass Village which is located one kilometre travelling north toward St Pete's Beach has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Sunset Vistas contain 154 privately owned condos and 114 of which are run by a on-site management company. The units are self-catering holiday accommodation and are available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. There are two and three bedroom units available all decorated and furnished in exactly the same way. The units have an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and a balcony with either Gulf or side Gulf views. Each unit is spacious, fully furnished and well equipped with all the amenities necessary for self catering accommodation.

Two bedroom units have an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The units are spacious, modern and well equipped. Each suite has tiled floors in the living area and carpeted bedrooms. All the suites are decorated identically in pastel tones and have colourful coordinating soft furnishings and custom designed wooden furniture. On entering the units there is a large well equipped kitchen area and a breakfast bar with two high stools to one side. The dining area has a circular table and four chairs and leads to the lounge with a queen sofa bed, easy chair, television and doors leading out to a furnished balcony with chairs and a table. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. The main bedroom has a television in a cabinet and an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. The second bathroom has a walk in shower unit.

The three bedroom units are double the size of the two bedroom units and are basically two two bedroom units joined together and are decorated and furnished in exactly the same manner. The suites offer extremely spacious family accommodation. There is a large hallway leading into the open plan fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge and dining room areas. Two bedrooms with a queen and king-size beds are located off the hallway with two bathrooms. The spacious lounge has a double sofa bed and the dining area has a table seating eight people. Large floor-to-ceiling doors lead out to a balcony. The master bedroom with a king-size bed is located off the lounge area. The entrance to the bedroom houses a double vanity unit and a large jacuzzi bath. There is an ensuite bathroom too with a bath and shower over it. The bedroom has a large spacious walk in closet and sliding doors leading out to a further balcony.

Sunset Vistas Cafe is located on the second floor directly above the lobby. There is a central open kitchen area surrounded by a bar and high stools. There are further tables and chairs in the restaurant and sliding doors lead out to a covered terrace with further seating. The terrace overlooks the central garden area. The cafe has a self-service coffee, tea and cold drinks facility and offers a menu with a variety of snacks, sandwiches, gourmet wraps, paninis, soups and salads. Made-to-order cooked items are available for breakfast and include bacon and eggs, omelettes, pancakes and assorted muffins and toast. The cafe also has a convenience store that features personal hygiene items, detergent, beach towels, sunscreen, beer, wine, drinks, snacks and ice creams.

The Beach Bar is located on the first level between the adults' and children's swimming pools next to the beach. The bar is surrounded with high stools and has further seating area with tables, chairs and parasols on the wooden deck area between the two pools. The entrance to the beach is located immediately opposite the Beach Bar. The bar offers a full liquor selection, draft beer, wines, soft drinks and tropical speciality cocktails.
