Hamilton House is located directly on Indian Rocks Beach (Indian Shores) overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico between Clearwater and St. Petersburg on the West Coast of Florida. Gulf Boulevard Road runs along the entire forty kilometre stretch of white sandy beaches between St Petersburg and Clearwater. The resort's central location offers visitors a multitude of activities within a ten minute drive including water sports, boat excursions, dolphin watching, casino cruises, golfing, tennis, sight seeing, restaurants, bars and shopping. Family attractions such as Walt Disney World Resorts in Orlando are approximately one hundred and twenty kilometres (about a ninety minute drive) from Hamilton House. Tampa International Airport is located thirty five kilometres from the resort and St Petersburg Clearwater International Airport is located twenty five kilometres from the resort. Hamilton House apartments are self-catering, spacious and fully equipped furnished apartments. Each unit has its own individual appearance as it has been decorated and furnished by the apartment’s owner. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area, lounge with a balcony, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The complex has a swimming pool and leads out to the white sandy beach of Indian Rocks located on Indian Shores Beach. Indian Shores Beach is a quiet white sandy beach with no hire companies available for water sports activities and no beach hire company available for beach chairs and parasol hire.

Hamilton House is located directly on Indian Rocks Beach (Indian Shores) overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. The Gulf Boulevard Road runs along the entire forty kilometre stretch of white sandy beaches between St Petersburg and Clearwater. The resort's central location offers visitors a multitude of activities including water sports, fishing, deep sea fishing, boat excursions, dolphin watching, casino boat trips, golfing, tennis, sight seeing, restaurants, bars and shopping all located in close proximity to Hamilton House up and down Gulf Boulevard Road. Family attractions like Walt Disney World Resorts is located 120 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of ninety minutes. The "Trolley" is a local bus service that stops immediately outside the resort. The “Trolley” travels up and down the entire beach stretch from 05:00 to 23:00 daily at regular intervals. Tampa International Airport is located thirty five kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately forty five minutes depending on traffic. St Petersburg Clearwater International Airport is located twenty five kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately thirty minutes depending on traffic. A Super Shuttle service which stops directly at the resort is available to and from the airports and is chargeable.

Layout Description
Hamilton House offers fully equipped self-catering units with two and three bedroom apartments available. All the units are fully furnished and equipped with modern up-to-date amenities. Each unit has a fully functional equipped kitchen, spacious living areas and a balcony with views overlooking the white sandy beach of Indian Shores or surrounding side views. Hamilton House has three floors served by one lift. The car park entrance to the building is located in the undercover car park area on the ground floor on the beach side of the building. There is a key pad outside the entrance requiring a code number to enter the building. The small entrance hall leads to the lift and stairway, leading to all three guestroom floors. Each floor has a concrete passageway leading to the apartments. Facilities include a swimming pool located on the ground floor and a gateway leading out to the large expanse of Indian Shores white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Printing, faxing and printing of guest's boarding passes for flights are available during opening hours at Sand Dollar and faxes are chargeable. Information is available at the front desk on the surrounding areas for shopping, medical facilities and places of interest to visit.

Medical Facilities There is a walk-in medical clinic called "Doctor's In" which is located approximately thirteen kilometres south in Madeira Beach. The medical facility is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. They are closed on Sunday. There are two major hospitals, St Pete General and Sun Coast Hospital which are approximately a twenty minute drive from Hamilton House.

Hamilton House units offer furnished and fully equipped self-catering accommodation. The reception desk for Hamilton House is located at Sand Dollar Condominium Resort which is seven kilometres south of Hamilton House. Hamilton House has a key pad at the entrance located at the rear of the building and is entered with a code number. There is a small entrance hall with one lift and stairs leading up to the unit’s three floors. Reception services are available for guest check-in and check-out from 09:00 to 17:00 daily at Sand Dollar Resort. Check-in after office hours must be confirmed in advance and guests will be informed about how to collect keys to the units. The entrance to the swimming pool and beach area is located by walking through the covered car park under the building on ground floor level.

There is a 711 convenience store located approximately five kilometres from the resort which also has an ATM cash machine. Win Dixxie on Park Boulevard is located approximately seven kilometres away and is a main grocery store. Tyrone indoor shopping mall with many mega super stores is located approximately eight kilometres away. John's Pass Village which is located travelling south toward St. Pete Beach has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The nearest bank to the resort is Fifth Third Bank which is approximately eight kilometres from the resort.

Hamilton House apartments are all privately owned and are managed by JC Resort Condominiums as holiday rentals. The units are self-catering holiday accommodation and are available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. There are two bedroom units available, all of which are individually decorated and furnished by the unit's owners. All the apartments have a spacious private balcony with views overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico or have a surrounding view. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with modern up-to-date amenities and includes a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels making them all ideal for self-catering accommodation.

The apartments are reached by lift and are located over three floors. Each two bedroom unit is extremely spacious, fully furnished and decorated in pastel tones with colourful soft furnishings. The well equipped apartments have their own individual appearance as each one is decorated and furnished by the unit's owner. All the units have the same layout apart from a couple of apartments which have a slightly different floor plan. The entrance hallway leads into an open plan fully furnished living area with a spacious well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. All the master bedrooms have king-size beds, large closets and ensuite bathroom, the majority of which have a walk-in shower. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading out to a balcony which stretches across the lounge area. The second bedroom in most of the units have two queen-size beds, a closet area and adjoining bathroom with most units having a bath and shower over it.

There are no restaurants at Hamilton House. Within eight kilometres of the resort and along the coastline are restaurants offering both informal and formal dining. John's Pass Village which is approximately twenty kilometres down the coast travelling south has a wide variety of eating establishments.

The management office's reception desk at JC Resort Management Sand Dollar Condominiums (located seven kilometres away) is able to give a list of babysitters available to guests. Guests must however make their own babysitting arrangements.

There is no children's swimming pool on the complex. Children (when accompanied by an adult) are able to use the main outdoor swimming pool which is unsupervised and has a shallow and deep end. The swimming pool area is surrounded with white fencing and gated. The pool area is directly on Indian Shores Beach front which stretches for several kilometres and provides a white sandy beach where children can swim and have fun in the sand. The water's edge is approximately fifteen metres from the pool area and is shallow for quite a way out. Thirty metres off shore is a sand bar which is ideal for shell collecting. The condominiums do not have any baby cots or rollaway beds but these can be arranged on booking, are chargeable and are hired through an external company.

Description Indian Shores Beach is located along the Gulf Boulevard Road travelling north towards Clearwater Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico waters. Indian Shores is a white sandy beach and extends into Indian Rocks Beach heading north towards Clearwater Beach and the beaches of Redington shores going south towards St Pete Beach.

Size/Frontage Indian Shores Beach runs for a distance of approximately several kilometres. From the beach entrance to the water's edge varies according to where the beach has been entered. The minimum length to the water's edge is approximately 50 feet.

Parking There is no parking on the beach. Cars must park in and around the roads of Indian Shores or in the public car parks located along Gulf Boulevard Road.

Indian Shores Beach is located about halfway along the Gulf Boulevard Road which stretches for approximately 40 kilometres along the Gulf of Mexico waters. It is one of the quieter beach areas and has no outlets for water sport hire equipment, sun loungers, chairs, parasols or cabanas. The pure white sandy beach stretches for several kilometres and it is approximately 50 feet from the edge of the beach to the water. The water's edge is shallow and goes out quite a way before getting deep making it a safe swimming beach. Car parking is not available on the beach.
