| The Boca Ciega Condominium Resort Marina units are self-catering and there are no on-site restaurants, bars or services available on the resort. All guestrooms are equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge and freezer. There are studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units available all of which are equipped in a similar way with all the amenities required for self-catering. The units are spacious, airy and decorated in soft eggshell pastel tones with colourful coordinating soft furnishings. There are floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading out onto a furnished balcony with all rooms overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. |

| Studio Rooms are approached along open corridors at the front of the building looking out over the car park. Each room has a hallway leading into an open plan bedroom, kitchen and small seating area. The rooms have tiled light beige floors and are decorated in pastel eggshell tones. There is a bathroom off and a double mirrored closet in the hallway. On entering the living area, along one wall, are a fridge freezer, cooking hob, microwave, dishwasher, sink and storage area. The kitchenettes in Studio rooms do not have a washer/dryer but there is a launderette nearby. All studio rooms have an oversized queen-size bed, a small circular glass table, two chairs and a television in a tall wooden cabinet. The rooms are spacious, airy and furnished in a contemporary design with modern up-to-date amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the rooms natural daylight. Sliding double doors lead out onto a spacious balcony with a table and two comfortable chairs with views of Boca Ciega Bay. All bathrooms have a shower over the bath. |

The lounge area is furnished with a double sofa bed, easy chair, coffee table and television on top of a drawer unit. There is a small dining area with a glass table and four chairs. The kitchen has an oven, four ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The washing machine/dryer is located in a tall cupboard. The sink is set in a marble top unit with a breakfast bar and work surface area surrounding it. There are two high rattan chairs on one side of the breakfast bar. The furnishings are colourful and of a modern design. The lounge area is furnished with a double sofa bed, easy chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs. The television is in a tall wooden cabinet. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the room natural daylight. Sliding doors lead out to a furnished terrace that runs along the width of the lounge area and main bedroom with views over the bay. The main bedroom is off the lounge area and has a king size bed, drawer unit with television on top and an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading out to the balcony. The second bedroom and separate bathroom are located along a passageway at the kitchen end of the suite.
