Ram Sea Resort Condominiums are located on North Redington Beach on the west coast of Florida which is on the Gulf of Mexico located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches. The resort's central location offers visitors a multitude of activities with watersports, fishing, golfing, sight seeing and shopping. Family attractions including Walt Disney World Resorts, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios and more are all within an easy driving distance from the resort. The "Trolley", which is a local bus service, has a stop immediately outside the resort and travels up and down the entire beach stretch throughout the day and evening. Tampa International Airport is located 30 kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic. The condominiums are fully equipped self-catering units with one, two and three bedrooms available. Each condominium is fully furnished, equipped with modern amenities and has wired Internet access available. The units have fully functional, well equipped kitchens geared for self-catering and a spacious balcony overlooking the white sandy beach of North Redington and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and direct access onto the white sandy beach of North Redington which offers a multitude of watersport activities.

Location Description
Ram Sea Resort Condominiums are located directly on North Redington Beach overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. The Gulf Boulevard Road runs along the entire 40 kilometres of white sandy beaches stretching between St Petersburg and Clearwater. The resort's central location offers visitors a multitude of activities with watersports, fishing, deep sea fishing, boat excursions including dolphin watching, golfing, tennis, sight seeing and shopping all nearby and up and down the entire 40 kilometre stretch of coastline. Family attractions including Walt Disney World Resorts, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios and more are all within driving distance from the resort. The "Trolley" is a local bus service that stops immediately outside the resort and travels up and down the entire beach stretch from 05:00 to 23:00 daily at regular intervals. Tampa International Airport is located 30 kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic. St Petersburg Clearwater International Airport is located 19 kilometres from the resort with a driving time of approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. A Super Shuttle service which stops directly at the resort is available to and from the airports and is chargeable.

Layout Description
Ram Sea Resort Condominiums are located on Gulf Boulevard Road in North Redington and situated directly on the beachfront. The condominiums are fully equipped self-catering units run by JC Resort Management with one, two and three bedroom condominiums available. All the units are fully furnished and equipped with modern up-to-date amenities. Each unit has a fully functional, well equipped kitchen, spacious living areas and a balcony overlooking the white sandy beach of North Redington and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Ram Sea Condominiums are spread over two buildings adjacent to each other, one with five and the other with six floors served by one lift in each building. The managing agent’s office and front desk is located on the ground floor in the building to the right when driving into the resort. Facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, car parking and the large expanse of North Redington’s white sandy beach.

Open Hours
JC Resort Management are the managing agents for Ram Sea Resort Condominiums. The management company’s reception desk services are available Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00. Arrivals after 17:00 must be confirmed in advance for the necessary arrangements to be made for guest's key collection.

Payment Methods All major credit cards and cash are accepted on booking. A damage deposit is required on checking- in and entails a swipe of either a Master or Visa card.
Foreign Exchange There is no foreign exchange available.
Taxis Arranged Taxis are booked by telephone as there are no taxi ranks in the vicinity. The front desk is happy to book taxis during opening hours or alternatively guests can call a taxi service themselves.
Tours Arranged There are tour information brochures available at the reception desk. Excursions and tours need to be booked directly by the guest at the appropriate tour operator's outlets which are located up and down the Gulf Boulevard Road.
Guest Relations The management office's reception services include check-in and check-out and assistance with housekeeping or maintenance. Printing, faxing and printing of guests boarding passes for flights are available during opening hours at the management offices front desk - faxes are chargeable. Information is available at the front desk on the surrounding areas for shopping, medical facilities and places of interest to visit.

There are no concierge services.
Medical Facilities There is a walk-in medical clinic called "Doctor's In" which is located five kilometres south in Madeira Beach. The medical facility is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. It is closed on Sunday. There are two major hospitals - St Pete General and Sun Coast Hospital, both of which are approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Parking There is parking available in the condominiums uncovered car park area located directly at the front of the resort. Three parking permits are available for the two and three bedroom units and one parking space available for the one bedroom units. There is no charge for parking.

Ram Sea Condominium Resort units offer self-catering accommodation. The managing agents, JC Resort Management, have a guest services reception on the ground floor of the resort's building. Reception services are available for guest check-in and check -out from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. Check-in after office hours must be confirmed in advance and guests will be informed on how to collect their keys. There is one lift in each building located on the ground level, serving all guestroom floors. The second building lift lobby is approached through the car park.

There is a convenience store located within a five minute walk of the resort. Full service grocery shopping is located approximately one and a half kilometres away. Johns Pass Village, which is located several kilometres travelling south toward St. Pete Beach, has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Ram Sea Resort Condominiums are all privately owned and are managed by JC Resort Condominiums for holiday rentals. The units offer self-catering holiday accommodation and are available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. There are one, two and three bedroom units available, each of which is individually decorated and furnished by the owners. All the condominiums have a spacious private balcony overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen.

One Bedroom Condominiums are approached via the lift along open corridors looking over the front of the building to the open car park area. Each one bedroom unit is fully furnished in a similar manner but has its own individuality as it is decorated and furnished by the condominium's owner. There is a long passage way leading into the apartment with the bedroom and bathroom located off this area. The bedrooms have a large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and storage space. At the end of the passageway is the open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area with table and chairs and a lounge furnished with sofas and chairs. The lounge has floor-to-ceiling sliding balcony doors leading out onto a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the beach and waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathrooms in each unit vary and may have a walk-in shower or bath with shower over it.

The Two Bedroom Condominiums have the same layout as the one bedroom units but have a further bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet area which is located off the entrance passageway. Some of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and some have a bath with shower over it. Each two bedroom unit has the same open plan living space as per the one bedroom units with a kitchen, dining area and lounge with sliding doors leading onto a spacious balcony overlooking the beach and waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Three Bedroom Condominiums have the same layout as the two bedroom units but have a master bedroom located off the lounge area. The master bedroom has sliding balcony doors leading out to the balcony that stretches along the length of the lounge area too with panoramic views of the beach and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

There are no restaurants on the resort's complex. In the immediate vicinity and just a few minutes walk are several local restaurants. Within one and a half kilometres of the resort and all along the coastline are restaurants offering informal and formal dining. Johns Pass Village, which is several kilometres down the coast travelling south, has a wide variety of eating establishments.

The resort does not have any business facilities. Each room has wired Internet access available. The front office will carry out photocopying and faxing (faxing is chargeable) for guests including printing out boarding passes for flights.

Babysitting service
The management offices are able to provide guests with a list of babysitters. Guests must however make their own babysitting arrangements.
Cranley Comment
There is no children's swimming pool on the complex. Children are able to use the main outdoor swimming pool which is unsupervised but should always be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 are not permitted to use the jacuzzi. The swimming pool and jacuzzi areas are surrounded with white fencing and are gated. The pool area is directly on the white sandy beach of North Redington Beach front which stretches for three kilometres. The water's edge is approximately fifteen metres from the pool area and is shallow for quite a way out. Approximately ten metres off shore is a sand bar which is ideal for shell collecting. There is a fishing pier one kilometre down the beach and located immediately outside the jacuzzi area on the beach is a volleyball net. The condominiums do not have any baby cribs or rollaway beds but these can be arranged on booking through an outside company and are chargeable.
