Boca Ciega Bay leads out to St Pete Beach in the south and stretches to Clearwater Beach travelling north and covers an area of approximately forty kilometres of white sandy beaches. The beaches overlook the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and offer an abundance of water sport activities some of which are a ten minute drive from the hotel. Tampa International Airport is located thirty two kilometres away with an approximate driving time of thirty minutes to the hotel. St Petersburg Clearwater Airport is located fifteen kilometres away with an approximate driving time of twenty minutes. The Boca Ciega Condominium Resort offers eighty self-catering units. There are no on-site restaurants, bars or services available on the resort. All the units are equipped with cooking facilities, fridge and freezer. There are studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units available, all of which are equipped in a similar way with all the amenities required for self-catering. There is a swimming pool on the ground floor level of the resort surrounded by a fenced and gated area which has sun loungers, tables, chairs, parasols and a jacuzzi overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Within close proximity, about a five minute drive, are shopping centres, restaurants and nightlife.

The Boca Ciega Condominium Resort is located directly on Boca Ciega Bay with waterfront views of the Bay from all the guestrooms. Boca Ciega Bay leads out to St Pete Beach in the south and stretches to Clearwater Beach travelling north and covers an area of approximately forty kilometres of white sandy beaches. The beaches overlook the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and offer an abundance of water sport activities all of which are a short drive from the hotel. The condominium resort hotel is approximately a five minute drive by car to John’s Pass village with shops, restaurants, casino boats and water sport rental outlets. There is a Trolley stop immediately outside the hotel. “The Trolley” is a bus service stopping at all main locations and points of interest in the area and runs at regular intervals throughout the day. Tampa International Airport is located thirty two kilometres away with an approximate driving time of thirty minutes to the hotel. St Petersburg Clearwater Airport is located fifteen kilometres away with an approximate driving time of twenty minutes.

Layout Description

Boca Ciega Condominium Resort Marina is a self-catering complex and there are no restaurants, bars or on-site shops available. There is a Condos of Sirata (managing agents for the property) manned office located on the first floor of the complex where keys to the guestrooms can be collected. The complex has studio, one bedroom and two bedroom suites located over four floors and serviced by two lifts. All rooms have furnished balconies with Boca Ciega Bay views. There is an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi located on the ground floor level of the complex which is surrounded by iron bar fencing with a gate leading into the pool area. The pool area has loungers, tables, chairs and parasols and is surrounded with tall palm trees and colourful flower beds all looking out over Boca Ciega Bay.

Studio Rooms are approached along open corridors at the front of the building looking out over the car park. Each room has a hallway leading into an open plan bedroom, kitchen and small seating area. The rooms have tiled light beige floors and are decorated in pastel eggshell tones. There is a bathroom off and a double mirrored closet in the hallway. On entering the living area, along one wall, are a fridge freezer, cooking hob, microwave, dishwasher, sink and storage area. The kitchenettes in Studio rooms do not have a washer/dryer but there is a launderette nearby. All studio rooms have an oversized queen-size bed, a small circular glass table, two chairs and a television in a tall wooden cabinet. The rooms are spacious, airy and furnished in a contemporary design with modern up-to-date amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the rooms natural daylight. Sliding double doors lead out onto a spacious balcony with a table and two comfortable chairs with views of Boca Ciega Bay. All bathrooms have a shower over the bath.

One bedroom suites are approached along open corridors at the front of the building looking out over the car park. Entering the room into a hallway, the bedroom and bathroom are located off the hall. The hallway leads into a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area. The rooms have light beige tiled floors throughout and are decorated in pastel eggshell tones. The furnishings are modern with soft furnishings in colourful fabrics. The lounge area is furnished with a double sofa bed, easy chair, coffee table and television on top of a drawer unit. There is a small dining area with a glass table and four chairs. The kitchen has an oven, four ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The washing machine/dryer is located in a tall cupboard. The sink is set in a marble top unit with a breakfast bar and work surface area surrounding it. There are two high rattan chairs on one side of the breakfast bar. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the rooms natural daylight. Sliding doors lead out onto a spacious furnished balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the bay. All the bedrooms have a king-size bed, a drawer unit with a television on top and a mirrored closet area. The ensuite bathrooms have a shower over the bath.

Two bedroom suites are approached along open corridors at the front of the building looking out over the car park. On entering the suite there is a spacious combined kitchen and living area. The area is equipped and furnished with the same utilities as the one bedroom suites with the only difference being the layout of the room. The kitchen is at the entrance of the suite and the lounge and dining area towards the back. The spacious suites have light beige tiled floors throughout and are decorated in pastel eggshell tones. The furnishings are colourful and of a modern design. The lounge area is furnished with a double sofa bed, easy chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs. The television is in a tall wooden cabinet. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the room natural daylight. Sliding doors lead out to a furnished terrace that runs along the width of the lounge area and main bedroom with views over the bay. The main bedroom is off the lounge area and has a king size bed, drawer unit with television on top and an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading out to the balcony. The second bedroom and separate bathroom are located along a passageway at the kitchen end of the suite. This bedroom has queen-size bed, drawer unit and a closet. The separate bathroom has a shower over the bath.
