| The Coral Beach Resort offers guests a choice of six restaurants. The main breakfast and International restaurant is the Al Bahar towards the rear of the hotel, whilst for more informal dining, the Al Dente restaurant at the front of the hotel specialises in Italian food. Towards the rear of the lobby area, Marhaba Lounge and Rumours Café offer a range of salads, sandwiches, light meals and desserts. For guests by the beach and the Family Pool, "Waves" has a selection of salads, sandwiches and a Friday brunch barbecue. For more formal dining Casa' Samak restaurant which specialises in seafood is next to the beach and has both indoor and outdoor seating. |

| The Al Bahar is located at the rear of the hotel. It has seating inside the restaurant, outside in the lobby area and outside the building on a terrace overlooking the Lap Pool (only open in the winter months.) The interior is decorated in a Mediterranean style with bright painted walls and tiled floors. As well as being the main breakfast location, the restaurant is also open for lunch. In the evenings Al Bahar has international buffets representing a number of different countries, with theme nights covering Asian, World, Mediterranean, Mexican, Russian, German/Scandinavian and Arabian cuisine. |

| The Casa’ Samak is located on the edge of the beach in a purpose built building overlooking the Gulf. The interior is decorated in an Asian style and has seating inside in an intimate room with additional seating on an outside terrace under a pitched roof and at tables adjacent to the beach. The restaurant features a show kitchen with fresh fish on an ice display. Specialities include the Marinated Grilled Lobster and Surf and Dive which is a chargrilled half lobster and tiger shrimps with Marie Rose sauce. There is also a seafood barbecue night once a week where for a fixed price, guests can eat as much as they like. |
