| The Seaview offers guests a choice of dining options. The Harbour Café is a small open plan coffee shop, located off the main lobby and serves an a la carte menu, a lunchtime buffet and is also the breakfast location. Also on the ground floor is the Malgudi Restaurant, which opened in June 2006 and serves south Indian cuisine. In addition there are the Kohinoor (north Indian) and Chinese Village II restaurants located on the 7th floor, with the Chinese restaurant having views over Dubai port. The rooftop now features a Shisha restaurant, that opens all night and serves multi cuisine as well as different flavours of hubbly bubbly. |

| The Harbour Café was refurbished in 2004 and has a modern design themed as a harbour side café. The open plan café leads directly off the lobby area and has wood flooring with blue tables. At the back of the restaurant is a buffet area which is available at breakfast and lunchtime. The restaurant is open 24 hours offering an a la carte menu. The Harbour Café is quite small as a breakfast venue, given the size of the hotel, but any overspill can be accommodated in the adjoining lounge bar |

| Malgudi is an Indian restaurant, located at the front of the hotel facing the main road, with an entrance from there, as well as from inside the hotel. Malgudi opened in June 2006 and specialises in south Indian cuisine from the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The southern states are known for their herbs and spices and the food here is notable for its blend of flavours that are both subtle and direct. It offers a range of typical dishes, with many that are suitable for vegetarians. |
