Tahiti is a Polynesian Restaurant with a friendly island-style hospitality. It is located on the Mezzanine level and is decorated with bamboo walkways and potted palms and with the performers in traditional dress, it is a real Tahitian experience. It has a bar area to the left of the entrance with bar stools and a dining area and stage to the right with the buffet station in the middle. It serves exotic Polynesian cuisine with a twist of the best of the South Pacific all on a lavish buffet or at the Teppanyaki Station. There is nightly entertainment from resident Tahitian band 'Te Mana'.
