Hyatt Regency Dubai is a luxury hotel located in the city centre of Dubai on the Deira Corniche opposite the Deira Palm, with views of the Arabian Gulf from all rooms and most hotel amenities. It benefits from Iranian, Japanese and Italian speciality restaurants and a panoramic revolving restaurant serving international cuisine as well as a chic bar. The hotel links to the Galleria Mall with an array of further amenities and night-life including a large ice-rink. The Club Olympus health club provides a modern gym, plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzi's, tennis and squash courts, the hotels own pitch & putt golf course and a swimming pool. Unique features include extensive managed banquet and conference facilities overlooking the Gulf and the Regency Club rooms from the 15th floor upward with the Club Lounge located on its 18th floor.

Hyatt Regency Dubai is located in the city centre of Dubai on the Deira Corniche opposite the Deira Palm. The hotel overlooks the Arabian Gulf, the Dubai Creek, Sharjah and Deira City Centre at its back. It is within walking distance of the Gold and Spice Souks and the Electronics Market. It is a 20 minute drive in normal traffic from Dubai International Airport and a 10 minute drive from the Dubai International Convention Centre. Hyatt Regency Dubai's location offers quick access to Dubai's Bur Dubai district on the opposite side of the Creek via an underground tunnel.

Hyatt Regency Dubai is a city centre hotel consisting of a main hotel tower of 25 floors and a second Galleria tower housing the Galleria apartments and shopping Mall. On the ground floor of the hotel is the lobby with check-in desks, a direct entrance to the Galleria Mall, a guest relations desk, tour desk, rent-a-car desk, a souvenir shop, the business centre and banqueting facilities to the rear. Also on ground floor are The Kitchen restaurant, Lobby Lounge and Miyako Japanese restaurant. On the 1st floor are the Focaccia Italian and Shahrzad Iranian restaurants together with The Bar and Pearl Banqueting rooms. Club Olympus leisure facilities including the gym, tennis courts, squash courts and swimming pool are located on the 2nd floor. The Regency Club Lounge is located on the 18th floor serving Regency Club rooms from the 15th floor upwards. The Al Dawaar revolving restaurant is on the top floor and can be reached by its own dedicated elevator from the lobby.

The entrance lobby and atrium is stylishly laid out with white marble and glass to create a feeling of space and a bright open air environment. It features the standard check-in desks, a guest relations desk, tour desk and a rent-a-car desk. The Kitchen restaurant is located on lobby level and is connected to the Lobby Lounge area, which is served by The Kitchen. The hotel's business centre and the majority of its banqueting facilities are also located on the lobby level. From the lobby there is an entrance that leads to the Galleria shopping mall, with some 13 further amenities.

Guests staying at Hyatt Regency have a choice of amenities that include a men's boutique, souvenir shop, business centre and a good range of shops and facilities in the adjoining Galleria shopping mall which is open from 9:00 to 21:00. The Galleria serves hotel guests, guests of the Galleria Apartments and outside guests and includes a large ice rink which is quite popular and has regular training classes. Outside the hotel the traditional Gold and Spice Souks and the Electronics Market is within walking distance of the hotel. Dubai is known for its large shopping malls which are mostly only a taxi drive away.

Hyatt Regency Dubai offers a total of 414 rooms including 26 suites, all with opening windows, although none of the rooms have balconies. Rooms are all furnished to a very high standard and enjoy premier standard amenities, as well as a fully equipped working desk. Rooms that enjoy Regency Club facilities are located from the 15th floor upward. All rooms have a view of the Arabian Gulf. Some rooms also look toward Sharjah, overlooking the hotel pool and the Palm while other rooms have Port, Creek and City views. The Galleria apartments adjoin the Hyatt Regency Dubai, but are located in a separate tower and are not served by the hotel directly.
