The Oasis Beach Tower was launched as a luxury hotel apartment tower in Spring 2006. The Oasis Beach Tower is one of the first towers opened on the beach side of the new Dubai Marina where guests have full access to all the facilities offered at the Oasis Beach Hotel located just 50 meters away. It is located close to Dubai Internet and Media Cities, Jebel Ali Free Zone and all the tourist attractions of Jumeirah Beach including the Wild Wadi and Ski Dubai. The building is an iconic structure and has panoramic lifts that give impressive views of the fast expanding Dubai Marina through windows that make up the whole marina side of the building. The apartments are spacious and very well appointed with high quality furnishings and the latest LCD televisions and appliances. The majority of the apartments have sea views and a balcony although some of the two bedrooms have a marina and partial sea-view. The apartments situated on the higher floors have stunning views over the Arabian Gulf and the Palm Jumeirah. Within the Oasis Beach Tower is a dedicated adult’s pool and children’s pool with a small slide additionally guests have access to the beach, pool, restaurants and gym at the Oasis Beach Hotel which is located opposite the Oasis Beach Tower. Overall the accommodation is designed to accommodate short term leisure and business travellers as well as long stay guests.

The Oasis Beach Tower is located fifty meters from the Oasis Beach Hotel in the rapidly developing marina area of Dubai. The location gives guests easy access to golf courses like the Emirates and Montgomerie shopping centres like the Mall of the Emirates, IBN Battuta Mall and the recently opened Ski Dubai. For business travellers the hotel is next to the Media and Internet cities and provides good connections to the Jebel Ali Freezone. Guests should be aware that due to the scale of development currently underway around the Marina they are likely experience some noise pollution during their stay.

Layout Description
The Oasis Tower Hotel is located opposite the Oasis Beach Hotel overlooking the Marina and Gulf. Within the Tower is a reception and concierge service, a pool terrace on the third floor and guest rooms located from the 4th to the 49th floors. The restaurant, beach and leisure facilities are in the Oasis Beach Hotel. There is a golf buggy to ferry guests to the hotel and beach but it is only a maximum of 50m away!

The Oasis Beach Tower has a dedicated reception on the ground floor which provides a full range of front desk and concierge services. Opposite the front desk is a small seating area for guests waiting and to relax at. The lifts are accessed at the back of reception and as well as two internal lifts there are three panoramic lifts giving stunning views over the marina.

The Oasis Beach Tower offers two, three and four bedroom apartments. Each of the apartments fall in either Deluxe, Superior or Premium category. The Deluxe and Superior are the same apartments with the Deluxe on the lower floors and the Superior in the middle section of the tower. The Premium Apartments are located on the top eight floors giving them spectacular views of the Gulf and provides additional amenities and access to the Premium Lounge.

The Two Bedroom Apartments are spacious at over 190sqm and decorated in a contemporary style with good quality fittings and furnishings. All the apartments have a balcony off the lounge with a wicker table and two chairs. On entering the apartment the fully fitted enclosed kitchen is on one side with a range of modern good quality appliances, on the other side of the hallway is the guest bathroom. The hallway leads into the lounge/dining room which is spacious at 37sqm and has two large sofas and a dining table in dark wood with a glass top. The lounge also has light coloured tiling on the floors with modern designed dark wood lamps and side tables as well as a wall unit which houses the LCD television and CD player. The master bedroom has its own LCD television and dressing area with en-suite bathroom that is spacious at 10sqm. In addition to the second en-suite bedroom there is also a room with an en-suite shower and toilet for a maid or nanny. Overall the apartments are well designed and finished and the lounge and bedroom benefit from floor to ceiling windows that have spectacular views, depending on the height, over the gulf and marina.

The Coco Cabana Terrace is set on a wood deck on the edge of the beach with wicker chairs and tables set under parasols. Its location makes it an ideal place to have drinks and tapas watching the sunset. The restaurant serves a range of hot and cold tapas, and has a fish market with the fish on display which is then cooked from a show kitchen located next to the terrace.

The restaurant has the design and ambiance as the name implies of a Mediterranean Farmhouse. As you enter the restaurant it feels more like you are entering someone’s home. The restaurant has a bar on one side and tables spread throughout the restaurant which has wood as well as tiled tables for a rustic feel. The menu has a range of Algerian, Spanish, French and Italian dishes with the specialties being the Bruschetta to start, the roasted rack of lamb cooked as a casserole for a main course and the Crème Brulee for desert. The restaurant won the What’s On 2006 Favourite Specialty Restaurant in Dubai award.
