The award-winning Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel is an iconic Dubai landmark located in fashionable Sheikh Zayed Road. Its location gives it good access to Dubai International Airport, the World Trade Convention Centre and the Media and Internet cities. Although the hotel has no grounds, it has the advantage of offering guests the use of the beach facilities at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Beach Club Resort & Spa. The hotel has several room types ranging from Deluxe Rooms to a Royal Suite and also offers Executive Club Facilities. There is a unique ladies only floor known as the Chopard Floor with ladies amenities and all staff who serve on the floor are female. Emirates Towers has ten restaurants and four bars serving a range of cuisine and dining options. For leisure there is a temperature controlled main swimming pool and children’s pool, a health club with luxury changing rooms, saunas, steam rooms and a small gym, as well as a separate dedicated gym known as the Big Apple, which is equipped with the latest equipment and separate weights and aerobics rooms. The hotel also has a men's only spa and business travellers are catered for well with a dedicated business centre and extensive conferencing facilities.

Location Description

The Jumeirah Emirates Towers is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road in the developing business district of the city. The hotel is 10 minutes from Dubai Creek and close to the World Trade International Conference Centre and Dubai’s financial markets. The hotel has good road access to Jumeirah beach, the Media and Internet cities, shopping malls, golf courses and horse riding facilities. There is a 20 minutes transfer time in normal traffic from Dubai International Airport.

Layout Description

The Jumeirah Emirates Towers is an iconic city centre hotel standing 305 metres high. It has a central podium with a shopping boulevard and car park linking the hotel to the neighbouring office block. On entering the hotel, there is a large central atrium where the front desk, concierge, tour desks, restaurants and lobby lounge are located. At the back of the lobby is the lift bank which has several feature open plan, high speed lifts. The pool terrace and health spa are on the same level as the main reception, whilst the meeting rooms are located on levels 1 to 5. The rooms are located from the 10th floor with the Royal Suite located on the 48th floor. The hotel restaurants are located either in the shopping boulevard, on lobby level or on the upper levels of the hotel with the Vu bar offering panoramic views of the Dubai skyline from the 51st floor.

The entrance lobby at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers is spacious with the front desk and concierge on the right side, whilst there are comfortable sofas and chairs in the central area for guests’ relaxation. A feature of the lobby is the atrium which has a glass roof with views to the top of the tower, as well as the sleek external lifts. At the back of the lobby is the Juice bar and some of the restaurants as well as the hair salon and a small number of boutiques.

Description

Within the lobby is a hair salon, news shop and gift store, whilst the shopping boulevard has over 40 high end retail outlets covering 10,500 square meters of space as well as cafes and restaurants. Premium outlets include world famous names like Jimmy Choo, Bvlgari, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Cartier, Ermenegildo Zegna, Rodeo Drive and Yves Saint Laurent. The shops are open from 10.00 to 22.00 except for Friday's when they open at 16.00.

The hotel has a small shopping mall located between the two towers with a wide range of premium outlets covering clothing, flowers, Persian rugs and gifts. In addition, within the hotel lobby are a newsagent/gift shop, a Toni and Guy hair salon, a car hire desk and a tour desk. Further shopping is available at the Mall of the Emirates, which is a fifteen minute drive by taxi.

Unique Features	The hotel has a unique ladies only floor; the Chopard Floor which is located on the 40th floor. It is an environment where woman and their needs are carefully considered and met. The rules are strict and no men are allowed, with female employees carrying out all duties from maintenance to room service. The Jumeirah Emirates Towers has a range of room options and facilities. All rooms either have a city view or royal stables/desert view and are well equipped with plasma televisions, high-speed internet connections and well appointed bathrooms. Deluxe Rooms are on the lower floors with the Club Executive Rooms and Suites on the higher levels. The Apex Suites have an unusual shape being located in the corners of the tower. There are Club Executive facilities for guests staying in qualifying rooms. The hotel also has a unique ladies only floor known as the Chopard Floor where the floor and all rooms are serviced by female staff.

The Lady Chopard Rooms are located on the 40th floor and are the same physical room as the Tower Room but they have been furnished exclusively for woman. They are designed for the travelling lady executive who want exclusivity. The floor is for women only and all the staff who service the rooms from housekeeping to maintenance are woman.
