The hotel has three different sizes of accommodation available, with studios, one and two bedroom apartments. Within each of those categories there are also two different types, with Deluxe and Privilege apartments, all of which are located on the 12th floor. The significant difference with Privilege apartments is the items that are included in the package shown above, but the décor also differs slightly and Privilege apartments have stylish parquet flooring in the living areas, rather than floor tiles. All types of apartment are very spacious and all have large balconies. Apartments are accessed with a keycard, which is then used to operate the power supply in the apartment. Rather than having cards to hang on the door, all rooms have a button system to indicate when the guest should not be disturbed and when the room is to be made up.

Special Needs
Communal Areas
There are ramps up to the hotel and the entrance has sliding glass doors. The lobby area is accessible to mobility impaired guests and the swimming pool, spa, salon and shop are all at lobby level. The West End Café has two steps up to it from the lobby, without a ramp alternative. The facilities on the mezzanine floor, including the hotel's restaurant, Olive Tree, can all be reached by lift, as can all guest apartments.
Rooms & Bathrooms
There are no adapted apartments and although the size of them means that mobility impaired guests have ready access to most areas, the bathrooms would not be easily accessible
Restaurants & Catering
There are no special provisions for disabled guests.
Recreation Facilities
The pool and sauna are accessible and the gym on the mezzanine floor can be reached via the lift, but it may be difficult for a mobility impaired guest to negotiate their way around the whole gym, because some of the equipment is very close together.
Visual & Hearing Aids
None
Staff Assistance
There are no specially trained staff, but all staff are equipped to assist all guests, whatever their requirements.
Cranley Comment
Flora Creek Hotel Apartments are accessible in most areas to guests with mobility difficulties, but there are no special provisions for them. There are ramps either side of the steps up to the hotel entrance and most of the public areas are at one level and can easily be accessed. The exception is the West End Café, which is a continuation of the lobby area and has two steps up to it. None of the apartments have been adapted for mobility impaired guests, but with the notable exception of the bathrooms, there is a good deal of space in all other areas of the apartments. There are no disabled toilets in the hotel.

Cranley Comment
Flora Group Hotels encourage guests to think about the effects of chemicals on the environment, with notices in the bedrooms and bathrooms about bed sheets and towels. They ask guests to make a conscious decision to place cards on their beds if they would like their linen changed and to place towels on the bathroom floor or in the bathtub if they would like those changed.
