Chelsea Tower Hotel Apartments is a modern 49 floor, 250 metre tall, architectural futuristic tower located in the bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Dubai International Financial Centre. Opened in 2005, it offers guests a choice of spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom serviced apartments, some of which enjoy excellent views of Dubai. The stylish apartments have recently been completely refurbished and have contemporary furniture and interiors with fully equipped kitchens and ample living space. Guests can either dine in the informal downstairs restaurant or take advantage of the restaurant’s 24 hour room service and dine in their own apartment. No alcohol is served on the premises. Chelsea Tower has a rooftop swimming pool and gym with steam rooms, saunas and Jacuzzis and a new Chelsea Serano Spa and Wellness Centre. Parking is also available.

The futuristic Chelsea Tower stands 250 metres tall and is located off Sheikh Zayed Road opposite the Dubai International Financial Centre in the developing business district of the city. It is a 20 minute drive in light traffic to Dubai International Airport, 20 minutes to the Mall of the Emirates and 10 minutes to Jumeirah Beach. Chelsea Tower is also within walking distance of some well known international franchise restaurants.

Layout Description
Chelsea Tower is a 49 storey, 250 metre tall, architecturally designed futuristic tower. Guests enter the Chelsea Tower at lobby level from the lane directly behind Sheikh Zayed Road. There is a curved reception desk to the left and a small seating area and Guest Relations desk and Tour desk to the right, the lifts to the accommodation are situated behind the reception area. Chelsea Garden Cafes entrance is to the side of the apartment block. There is a small business centre with 2 internet terminals located on the ground floor in a room opposite the check-in desk. The pool and gym are located on the 9th floor of the adjacent building on top of the car park and is reached by a walk-bridge connection from the main apartment tower level 6.

The entrance and the whole of the lobby area is double height, has floor to ceiling windows and marble flooring. A curved reception desk is located at the entrance to the main apartment tower. There is a seating area for guests with leather chairs and sofa's to relax in on the right as well as a guest relations and tour desk. Directly opposite the entrance from the reception area are the lifts, 4 of which take guests to their apartment accommodation. The Chelsea Garden Café has a separate entrance around the corner of the building at pavement level. There is a small unmanned business centre with 2 internet terminals also available on the ground floor.

Although the Chelsea Tower has no large in-house shops, it is a 20 minute drive in light traffic to the Mall of the Emirates. It is within walking distance of some well known international franchise outlets and restaurants, other international brand hotels and a convenience store.

Standing 49 storeys tall, some apartments at the Chelsea Tower offer guests excellent views of Dubai towards the Arabian Gulf on one side and Dubai city on the other side. The modern hallways are marbled and lead to spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments offering short and long stay options. All apartments have recently been completely refurbished and have modern, contemporary furnishings and decor with fully equipped kitchens, separate lounge/dining rooms and a guest cloakroom. Some of the three bedroom apartments also have a maid's room. Housekeeping is provided daily for short stays and bi-weekly for long stays. Guests working with computers at the dining table can request extension leads for the high speed internet connection.

Located on the ground floor the Chelsea Garden Cafe offers an A la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a lunch buffet. In between, guests can enjoy desserts and specialty coffees and teas from the coffee bar. There is also a juice bar providing healthy options. Guests have a choice between seating inside or outside on the terrace. Chelsea Garden Café also provides room order service between 07:00 to 02:45 to the apartments. There are no special facilities or clubs for children at the Chelsea Tower. Toddlers may enjoy the small paddling pool at the wider end of the pool. Soft drinks, ice cream and snacks are available from the pool shop. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and can only use the sauna and steam room if over the age of 14. Chelsea Garden Café has 3 games consoles within the café. Smaller portions are available.

There is a grassed area and an area planted with trees, where barbeques are available for public use. There are football goals and beach volleyball facilities on the beach in addition to an adventure type playground to keep younger children entertained.

The tranquil rooftop pool is situated on the rooftop of the adjacent parking tower on its 9th floor and is reached by a walk-bridge from level 6 of the apartment block, directly connecting the apartment tower to the pool area. The pool shape resembles a ‘P’ and has a Jacuzzi and small paddling pool at the wider end. Guests are able to swim laps or simply relax on one of the sun loungers whilst enjoying the views over the city. Soft drinks, ice cream and snacks are available from the pool shop. The separate ladies' and men's changing rooms offer steam rooms and saunas. Description
Opened in 1993 and extensively re-modelled in 2005, the course is set next to Dubai Creek, close to the city centre and Dubai International Airport. The championship course was re-designed by Thomas Bjorn and is set in undulating fairways lined with palms, attractive water hazards and shrubbery that give it a tropical and secluded feel despite being close to the city centre. The complex also features a nine hole floodlit par-three course. The course was voted in November 2005 as one of the top 100 world courses to play and hosted the Dubai Desert Classic in 1999 and 2000.

Description
This was the first grass course in the Gulf region when it opened in 1988. The club features two championship courses; the Majlis and the Wadi. The Majlis was the original course and was designed by Florida based designer Karl Litten. The Wadi opened in 1996 and was re-designed in 2007 by Nick Faldo. Despite a number of new courses, it still ranks as one of the best in Dubai. It has hosted the Dubai Desert Classic fifteen times for the last six years in succession.

Description
Covering more than 265 acres of landscaped turf, gardens and lakes, this spectacular golf course provides the player with undulating "links land" style fairways which challenge and intrigue all levels of player. Placement of the drive to the generous fairways remains the cornerstone of any good round. The flat landing area of each fairway can be challenging to find, but a rewarding adventure. With 14 lakes and 81 bunkers, The Montgomerie Dubai, the first and only example of the association between golfing great Colin Montgomerie and Desmond Muirhead, adds a distinctive variety to the golfing landscape of the region.

One of the signature holes is the par 5 fourth, dubbed the Snake hole for its saddleback fairway which doglegs towards the green, with 2 bunkers behind forming the eyes of the snake. Further on, the par 5 ninth, with water down the left, is a tough finish to the opening half. The par 3 thirteenth, a hole designed in the shape of the UAE, boasts a 360 degree teeing area around an island fairway and green, allowing for a completely different golf hole to be played every time. However, it is the par 5 eighteenth that offers a more classic test. At 656 yards it is a monster and, with water protecting the front of the green, it defies even the best player to hit the green in two.

The Chelsea Serano Spa and Wellness Centre is situated on the 6th floor in the Health Club area of the building. It offers a range of Ayurvedic treatments which have a holistic approach to physical and spiritual well being, drawing on Asian techniques which originated thousands of years ago in the ancient and rich traditions of India. Yoga, and Western therapies including exfoliation, body wraps and scrubs are also available.
