Al Maha Rotana Suites is a well located and modern apartment hotel in downtown Abu Dhabi, close to the business and banking district and 5 minutes drive from Abu Dhabi Shopping Mall and two public beaches. It offers a choice of standard rooms, studio and one bed and two bed suites as well as various room interconnection options. City Cafe offers a 24 hour menu and full buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. For functions, meetings and conferences there is a large Summit room and two modern boardrooms. Al Maha benefits from a rooftop swimming pool with city views and a well equipped Bodylines Gym. Guests also have access to the Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers' private beach as day guests at reduced rates. Al Maha Rotana does not serve alcohol on its premises.

Layout Description
Al Maha Rotana has 21 floors with the reception, lobby and concierge, City Cafe, hotel shop and car hire desk located on the ground floor. The business centre, banquet and meeting rooms as well as staff offices are located on the 1st floor. The ground and 1st floor share a tall open atrium providing a light airy feel to the lobby and first floors. the open atrium particularly benefits the 1st floor by creating an open modern feeling environment for meetings and conferences. The apartments and suites are located from the 2nd floor upwards with the penthouse residential suites located on the 20th floor. The Rooftop pool with adjoining jacuzzi, Aquarius Pool Bar, children's room, gym, games room, changing rooms and massage rooms are all located at rooftop level.

When entering the Al Maha Rotana, the hotel shop is to the immediate left, followed by the check-in and check-out reception desks. The lift banks are directly ahead of the main entrance, but are out of sight due to a partitioning. There is some casual seating in the lobby for guests. The car hire desk is located to the immediate right of the main entrance, as well as the City Cafe, which is open 24 hours. The ground and first floors share an open atrium, which provides a light and spacious feel to the lobby. This is enhanced by the use of light wood furniture, panneling and fittings and a marble floor, which together with a large modern style central chandelier creates a welcoming feel.

The Al Maha Rotana is very well located in the centre of Abu Dhabi, benefitting from walking distance to several external shops and cafes. In addition, it is only a 5 minutes drive from the Abu Dhabi Shopping Mall.

Al Maha has 288 luxury appointed Rooms and Suites. Standard Rooms, Junior Suites and Executive Suites are located on the 3rd to 19th floors. The layout of the accommodation from the 3rd to the 19th floor is the same throughout with three room/suite doors leading from each of the 4 corners from an enclave with its own additional door so the rooms can be linked. In the corners are a Standard Single, Twin and Junior Suite or 2 Standard Singles and a Junior Suite which can be interconnected with the outer door of the enclave used as the main entrance to the combined accommodation. There is an Executive one bedroom Suite located between each of the corner enclaves. The 4 Ambassador Suites are located on the 2nd floor together with 4 Standard Single Rooms, whilst the 4 Residential Suites are located on the penultimate 20th floor. All rooms and suites benefit from modern furnishing and have internet facilities. The Al Maha is located to afford all rooms a view of the city.

City Cafe is an informal and casual, but stylish café that serves an à la carte menu 24 hours a day and an impressive selection of buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a live cooking station. A selection of confectionary is also available, served with a range of teas and coffees. City Cafe offers theme nights with specific country cuisine served on selected evenings, for example an Italian night. The Cafe also benefits from two lounges at either end of the cafe where guests can relax. The cafe opens onto an outside terrace which is particularly pleasant in the mornings and evenings. No alcohol is served at City Cafe.
