The hotel has an organised conversation program to protect the turtles that use the beach to lay their eggs. This includes education pamphlets for guests and a dedicated turtle warden to advise guests where to observe the turtles from to minimise disturbance. In addition the hotel recycles materials and re-uses water for the gardens and encourages guests to reduce unnecessary cleaning of towels by giving them the option to not have the towels changed daily.
