Kempinski Amman is a City Centre Business hotel standing twelve stories high with magnificent views over the city. On the ground floor of the hotel is the lobby with check-in desk, guest relations desk, lobby lounge and cafe, The lobby area gives access to the business centre, banqueting facilities and the high speed elevators to all floors. The main hotel restaurant is located on the mezzanine floor with Via Appia and Caballeros restaurants located on -1 and -2. Guest rooms are on levels 1-8 with the Executive Floors on level 7 & 8 and the Executive Lounge on Level 7.

The entrance lobby is stylishly laid out with white marble and large glass windows creating a feeling of space and a bright open environment. It features a check-in desk, a guest relations desk, seating area and leads into Le Cafe Lounge. The Business Centre and Conference facilities are off the main lobby area. The light airy corridors lead to the guest rooms which are carpeted and decorated in pastel shades complimented with colourful soft furnishings. The rooms are decorated in a pastel shade and luxuriously furnished with colour co-ordinating soft furnishings. The main restaurant Le Cafe is located on Mezzanine level and serves buffet and a-la-carte. Le Cafe Lounge is in the lobby area and opens 24 hours a day serving snacks and a-la-carte. L'Appia Italian Restaurant serving Italian food is located on level -1. Caballeros is located on level - 2 is a Cuban Restaurant. Strikers entertainment centre has a small cafe serving light meals and beverages. Le Cafe is the main restaurant on the mezzanine level serving international buffet, local specialities and a-la-carte. It is a long L shaped bright open restaurant with most of the tables looking down into the marble and glass lobby area. There is a long service station for the buffet and at the far end on the stairs there is live entertainment during the evening. Le Cafe is bright and airy and gives a feeling of spaciousness. There is a special menu for children.
