Kempinski Amman is a City Centre Business hotel standing twelve stories high with magnificent views over the city. On the ground floor of the hotel is the lobby with check-in desk, guest relations desk, lobby lounge and cafe, The lobby area gives access to the business centre, banqueting facilities and the high speed elevators to all floors. The main hotel restaurant is located on the mezzanine floor with Via Appia and Caballeros restaurants located on -1 and -2. Guest rooms are on levels 1-8 with the Executive Floors on level 7 & 8 and the Executive Lounge on Level 7.

The rooms are decorated in a pastel shade and luxuriously furnished with colour co-ordinating soft furnishings. Le Cafe is the main restaurant on the mezzanine level serving international buffet, local specialities and a-la-carte. It is a long L shaped bright open restaurant with most of the tables looking down into the marble and glass lobby area. There is a long service station for the buffet and at the far end on the stairs there is live entertainment during the evening. Le Cafe is bright and airy and gives a feeling of spaciousness. There is a special menu for children.

Caballeros located on -2 is a fun restaurant which offers four separate concepts such as restaurant, bar, night club and cigar lounge. The entrance is decorated with a life-sized mosaic mural reflecting the traditional Caribbean way of life, music, cocktails, food, dancing and relaxation. Specialties such as Enchiladas con Gambas and Veracruze are served. The restaurant has a cigar lounge offering a selection of finest Cuban cigars, a twenty two metre long bar with seats and a big screen showing sports events. There is a dance floor with a DJ and live band.
