The Novotel Budapest Congress shares the same site as the Budapest Congress and World Trade Centre. From the hotel, guests can take the staircase by the lobby lounge to the lower ground floor where there is access to the Congress Centre. The Budapest Congress and World Trade Centre is Budapest's premier congress centre and caters for groups, meetings, conventions and banquets for up to one thousand eight hundred people.
The following meeting rooms are available at the Congress Centre. Where rooms are shown as l, ll or lll they can be subdivided into up to three equal sized rooms and used separately:

The Liszt I, II and III combined are one hundred and fifty square metres, measure three metres high and can accommodate up to one hundred and twenty guests in conference style, one hundred and twenty in a theatre style, forty in a U-shape style, eighty in a banquet style, forty-four in a boardroom style and sixty in a classroom style.
Lehar I, II and III
The Lehar I, II and III combined are one hundred and thirty square metres, measure three metres high and can accommodate up to one hundred and twenty guests in conference style, one hundred and twenty in a theatre style, forty in a U-shape style, ninety in a banquet style, forty-four in a boardroom style and sixty in a classroom style.
