Cranley Summary
The London Bridge Hotel occupies a site, dating back from the 15th Century. The present building was erected in 1915 and converted into a hotel in 1998. Located close to London Bridge and the River Thames it is in one of the oldest parts of London with the surrounding areas steeped in history. The South Bank is now a vibrant area of London with easy access to the City and beyond. Since opening its doors the hotel has been awarded the Table Top Gold award in 2006 and in 2007 it was recommended. The classical building has been transformed into a modern upmarket hotel whilst keeping many of its original features. The 141 rooms and suites are decorated to a high standard with soft furnishings in tones of brown creating a relaxing atmosphere, the ensuite bathrooms are well thought out and bright. The hotel enjoys many facilities you would expect to find in larger hotels including a well equipped state of the art conference centre, large gym and a choice of three restaurants and two bars yet it retains the feel of a small friendly personally run hotel.

The London Bridge Hotel has three unique dining experiences to offer their guest catering for a broad range of tastes and styles. Londinium, which opened in 2005, is the hotels flagship restaurant with a fresh and carefully thought out A la Carte menu influenced by modern cuisine. Borough Bar and Dining is more casual and relaxed with hearty pub style meals and sharing platters and music in the evenings. Georgetown, located off the hotel's main lobby area serves a variety of Malaysian cuisine in a colonial atmosphere.
