The Mediterranean Beach Hotel is located on the southwest coast of Cyprus on the Bay of Limassol. The Hotel is set in landscaped gardens looking out over a blue flag sandy beach and has a commanding view of the hotel’s split level swimming pool, terraced gardens and the Mediterranean Sea. It is a ten minute drive, approximately eight kilometres, from the town centre of Limassol which offers visitors all the facilities of a major town. The hotel itself is surrounded by tourist amenities with shops, restaurants and bars and just 40 minutes drive away are two major golf courses. Larnaca International Airport is located 63 kilometres from the hotel and Paphos International Airport is 60 kilometres away, both approximately a 45 minute drive. The Mediterranean Beach Hotel offers a wide variety of accommodation with inland, pool or sea views and caters for families and couples of all ages. There are three restaurants offering fine or causal dining, three bars, a snack bar, full conferencing facilities, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a health club with gym and spa facilities and a sandy beach.

The Mediterranean Beach Hotel is located in the Amathus area of Limassol which is on the south coast of the island and is just eight kilometres, a ten minute drive, east of Limassol city centre. Limassol offers visitors all the facilities of a major town. The hotel has convenient access to the island’s modern road network providing easy access to all areas of Cyprus with its coastal towns, mountain villages and tourist areas. The Mediterranean Beach Hotel is set in landscaped gardens and looks out over a blue flag sandy beach to the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Within the immediate vicinity of the hotel are tourist amenities with shops, restaurants and bars. Larnaca International Airport is located 63 kilometres away with a driving time of approximately 45 minutes. Paphos International Airport is 60 kilometres away with a driving time 45 minutes.

Layout Description
The Mediterranean Beach Hotel is set in landscaped terraced gardens with a commanding view over the hotel’s freshwater split level swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is built over six floors with the main lobby atrium area, reception, Clouds Bar, Ionia meeting room and the hotel’s gift shop located on the third floor. Elevators lead to all other floors and guestrooms. Aquaria, Céleste and Céleste Terrace Restaurant (May-October), the Blue Bar, boutique, jewellery shop, hairdressing salon and an exit leading to the pool, gardens and beach are located on the second floor. The first floor houses the Aquum Health Spa with gym, indoor pool, aerobic and pilates rooms, Agean meeting room and leads out to the Ouzeri Tis Myrtos snack bar, Nautica Bistro, the swimming pool area with the Lagoon Pool Bar and winding paths leading down to the beach.

The lobby area is decorated in pastel colours of blues and earthy tones portraying senses of the sea, sky and earth. The spacious lobby has white marble and wood decked floors, seating areas with banquette leather sofas, tables and chairs. There are floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views over the landscaped gardens and out to the Mediterranean Sea. The main lobby is located on the third floor with the reception desk located to the left when coming in from the main entrance. Immediately opposite the reception desk is Clouds Bar. At each end of the lobby are two elevators serving all floors. Also located on this level is Ionia meeting room, the business centre and the hotel’s gift shop. A central stairway leads down to the lower lobby level and out to the grounds.

Description
The hotel has a gift shop on the main lobby level and a boutique, jewellery shop and hairdresser on the lower lobby level. The shops are open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 19:00.

The hotel’s gift shop is located next to the Guest Relations desk in the main lobby. The shop sells a range of gift items, newspapers, toiletries, sun products, books, magazines, cigarettes, sweets, swimming costumes and sandals. The jewellery shop is located on the lower lobby level as is the fashion boutique selling ladies clothes and accessories and the hairdressing salon offering cutting, styling and colour treatments. The hotel is surrounded by tourist amenities with shops, restaurants and bars just a two minute walk away. Ten minutes drive away is Limassol's main town centre offering a wider choice of shopping facilities.

Each room has a furnished balcony with a table and chairs with inland views over the gardens, hills and mountains or a sea view. All the rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Deluxe Standard rooms can accommodate a child’s bed or cot which can be supplied on request. Interconnecting rooms are available.

The rooms are larger than the Deluxe Standard rooms and have the added addition of a sofa bed with four of the suites having bunk beds instead of a sofa bed. The guestrooms have either twin beds or a queen-size bed and have been designed using materials and soft furnishings in warm earthy colours. The rooms have partial parquet flooring with the bedroom area being carpeted. Each room is furnished with a dressing table with a mirror over it and chair. There is a further comfortable chair and table or sofa bed and table. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors give the rooms natural daylight and lead out to a furnished balcony with a table and chairs with either inland, pool or sea views. All the rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Family Suites can accommodate up to four persons and a child’s bed or cot can be supplied on request.

There are twelve Luxury Studios which are more spacious than the other rooms and offer a sitting area which is partitioned from the bedroom. On entering the Luxury Studio there is a hallway with a closet area and bathroom off to the side. The rooms have parquet flooring throughout and are decorated and furnished in earthy colours. The bedroom area has a king-size or twin beds, a dressing table and a room dividing unit which is mirrored on both sides leading into the living room area. The living room is furnished with a sofa and two easy chairs, a coffee table and a cabinet with a television on top. Sliding doors lead out to a furnished balcony or patio overlooking the swimming pool and sea. The ensuite bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The Arcadia Suite is located on the fourth floor of the hotel. The light and airy suite is furnished in limed wood and pastel plaid fabrics that complement the blues and silvery green of the eucalyptus trees that can be seen through its windows. The lounge is furnished with comfortable wingback chairs and a circular dining table which, when extended, can seat six and can be used for in-room dining or a private business meetings. The bedroom has two queen-size beds and is decorated in pastel colours with soft furnishings in tones of gold, coral and lime. There is a large mirrored wardrobe and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out to the restaurant’s expansive terrace.
