This newly refurbished, "Contemporary Boutique Hotel", is located on the Mediterranean coast of Cyprus' commercial hub, Limassol. Set back from the bustle of the town against the backdrop of the Troodos mountains, its seafront setting gives it an air of calm and elegance. The hotel offers an individually tailored level of service with "On Call" assistants available to fulfil guests’ individual needs efficiently and competently. The sixty-eight individually designed chic rooms and suites are furnished in neutral shades with accents of vibrant colour and are tastefully furnished and well equipped with modern amenities. The rooms have king-size or twin beds and offer the facility of a baby cot if required. All rooms have high speed Internet access. Ensuite bathrooms are spacious, modern in style and well fitted out. The Londa's very hip restaurant, "Caprice", offers Mediterranean cuisine served with a twist and iconic cocktails and snacks are served in the bar. The innovative health and spa facilities offer a full range of treatments; the fitness facilities include a fully equipped gym. Overlooking the sea, the swimming pool offers the perfect location for sunbathing and sun downers.

The Londa is situated in Limassol which is the largest seaside resort on the island and is situated against the backdrop of the Troodos mountains. Limassol is the nation's main port and popular tourist area. Located in the heart of the southern coast, Limassol is a great base for visitors wanting easy access to the entire island with its first-class highway. The hotel is a forty minute drive to Larnaca International Airport, forty-five minutes drive to Paphos International Airport and fifty minutes drive to Nicosia.

Layout Description
The Londa is approached along the main beach road with shops, bars, hotels and restaurants. The hotel's main entrance leads into the marbled lobby area with the reception desk to the right. Beyond this is a large lounge seating area with a bar, restaurant and leading out to the terrace with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Steps go down to the outdoor pool and poolside bar. The main entrance to the spa and gym is on this level.

There are steps up to the main entrance which leads into the elegant lobby area with the reception desk to the right. White marble has been used throughout and accented by black wood pathways leading through the lounge area and out onto the terrace. There are large columns throughout the lobby and terrace which light up and are a focal point during the evening giving the whole area a subtle, warm and relaxing ambiance. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs with the Caprice Bar and Terrace located at the far end. Caprice Restaurant is directly opposite the bar. The lifts are located opposite the lounge area.

The rooms are designed in a contemporary-style with features such as Cypriot lace, antique filigree silver, custom made wood furnishings and have balconies with a panoramic sea view or an animated town view of Limassol towards the Troodos Mountains. There are two Deluxe rooms on each floor which are approached along carpeted corridors. The open-plan rooms are spacious, light and contemporary in design. All rooms are decorated in soft, natural colours and accented with wooden furniture and floors. There is a king-size bed, table and easy chairs, television cabinet and good cupboard storage space. Each room has a furnished balcony with two chairs and a table, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. The ensuite bathrooms have a bath with a shower over it.

These extremely spacious open-plan suites all have a bedroom and separate lounge area. Some of the suites also have two bathrooms. The interiors are decorated in natural colours accented with wooden floors and furniture. The bedroom has a king-size bed, table and chair, easy chair and a large, fitted cupboard. Opposite the bed a large dark wooden cabinet houses a television which swivels towards the lounge area. The living area is furnished with an Italian-designed sofa bed, chairs and coffee table and has further cupboard space. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony with views of the sea or Troodos Mountains. The bathroom leading off the bedroom area has a bath with shower over it. The bathroom leading off the lounge area has a shower unit and no bath.

The Elite Suite, ideal for honeymooners, is a spacious, chic, open-plan room which is contemporary in style and decorated and furnished in neutral shades with clean lines and has many individual features. Caprice is Londa's signature, "hip", restaurant and is located off the lobby lounge area. The restaurant's minimalist interiors are decorated in neutral colours and at night, the internally floodlit columns give the restaurant a romantic, soft ambiance. During the summer months the doors and sliding glass windows are opened onto the terrace for al fresco dining with wonderful views over the sea. Mediterranean cuisine is served with local Cypriot dishes on the daily specials, using all fresh products. The kitchen team is ready to improvise and tailor-make starters and dessert platters making dining at the Londa a memorable experience.

The Caprice Lounge bar is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and adapts according to the time of day serving morning coffee, snacks and silver-service afternoon tea. During the evening cocktails and drinks are served and later there is a resident DJ.
