The luxury Four Seasons Hotel is located in the Amathus Region of Limassol which is approximately eight kilometres from Limassol Town Centre. Standing six stories high the hotel is set in landscaped grounds with magnificent views over the Palm tree gardens, the Mediterranean and the resorts sandy “Blue Flag Beach”. The 304 guestrooms and suites are a blend of contemporary design, decorated and furnished to a very high standard and have exceptionally spacious bathrooms many with Jacuzzi and rain shower. All the rooms have balconies or terraces with inland, garden or sea views. There are a number of studios and suites for “Adults Only” with their own private outdoor river style swimming pool. The hotel has six restaurants catering for all tastes and occasions offering a range of local and exotic dishes in elegant surroundings. There is a main cocktail bar with live entertainment in the evenings and three pool and beach bars. The outstanding sport and leisure facilities include two outdoor pools, one heated, children’s pool, a seawater indoor heated pool with sauna, steam and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, fully equipped gym and many water sports available on the beach. There is an excellent Spa facility and state of the art conference and banqueting facilities.

The Four Seasons Hotel is located in the Amathus area of Limassol which is on the south coast of the Island and is just eight kilometres east of Limassol City Centre. The hotel has convenient access to the islands modern road network providing easy quick access to all areas of Cyprus with its coastal towns, mountain villages and tourist areas. There are a number of shops and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

Layout Description

The Fours Seasons Hotel is set in landscaped gardens with views over the Mediterranean and a sandy Blue Flag Beach. The main lobby area with reception and concierge desks lead off to the hotels main bar, several of the restaurants, shopping mall and conference facilities. The guestrooms and suites, mostly located in the main building, are serviced by elevators from the main lobby. Stairs and an elevator lead down to the lower lobby level with entrance to Seasons Oriental and Cafe Tropical restaurants, the Spa, Indoor Pool, gymnasium and doors leading out to all outdoor facilities.

On entering the elegant marbled atrium lobby area, the reception desk is on the right, the concierge desk is on the left and directly opposite are the elevators to all floors. There is a central staircase leading down to two restaurants, the Spa, indoor pool and out to the gardens and leads up to the Atrium Lounge. The seating areas surrounding the lobby lead to more restaurants, shopping mall, conference facilities and the main lobby bar.

Description

The Four Seasons Hotel has a number of boutiques located on the lobby level selling designer and high street fashion labels, jewellery, watches and gifts. The shops are located in a small elegant brightly lit mall located behind the reception desk and are open 10:00 to 19:00 daily. In addition on the lobby level, next to the entrance, is the hotels florist. There is a newsagent on the lower lobby level selling newspapers, sundry items and small gifts which is open daily 08:00 to 13:00 & 14:00 to 19:00.

The Four Seasons Hotel has a number of in-house boutiques located on lobby level past the reception area and left into a mall which sell designer and High Street fashion labels, jewellery, watches and gifts. The elegant setting in the mall with its marble floors and ceiling to floor windows in all the in house boutiques offers a unique opportunity for hotel guests and visitors to find many of their favourite famous brands under the same roof. A short walk from the hotel are restaurants and shops and a few minutes drive is Limassol's main town centre offering a wider choice of shopping facilities.

The Four Seasons hotel has a variety of room types to suit most requirements. The entry level room is the Standard Room that comes with either an inland or a sea view. All these rooms are well appointed with balconies, Jacuzzi and rain showers. For families there are the family rooms that can accommodate two adults and two children and all have sea views. There are also dedicated rooms for adults only called the Garden Studios & Suites which are in a secluded part of the hotel and have a number of unique facilities. Lastly there a range of family and individual suites.

The rooms are approached along carpeted airy corridors with individually designed collages on the walls. The rooms have a tiled entrance hallway with cupboard space and enter into contemporary and elegantly designed accommodation decorated in subtle terracotta and green hues with a king-size or twin beds. The rooms are furnished with a sofa and chair, coffee table, desk with broadband connection and balcony with chairs and table. The spacious bathrooms include a double sized Jacuzzi with a built-in rain shower.

Family Rooms (studios and beach studios) are slightly larger than Superior Rooms but identical in decor and furnishing apart from having a double sofa-bed that can accommodate two children or one adult. Family studios feature a walk in shower and separate bath and beach studios have either a double sized Jacuzzi with built-in shower or a walk in shower and separate bath. These rooms are highly recommended for families

Garden Studios are unique room types reserved for adults only. They are located in green surroundings on the border of the hotel premises and tucked away from the main building giving them a greater degree of privacy in an area reserved for adults only. They are similar in design and decoration to Superior Rooms but are slightly larger and with amenities taking on a broader meaning in terms of comfort. Garden Studios on the ground floor level have a private Jacuzzi which is part of the river-like pool that runs along the private verandas. Garden Studios on the upper level also have a private Jacuzzi which is located on the balcony with motorised shades for absolute privacy. The bathrooms have separate built-in shower and double basins.

There are two Garden Suites which are located in the "private adults only area" with the Garden Studios. The Family Suites are located on the west side of the hotel and have custom designed interiors giving individuality and all have a bedroom and a separate lounge. The bedrooms are furnished with king size or twin beds, one armchair with footstool, dressing table with side chair and luggage rack. The in-built spacious wardrobes have full-length mirrors. The lounge is furnished with a pullout double sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs, two coffee tables and a stand-up lamp. The bathrooms are spacious and brightly lit and include a double sized Jacuzzi with built-in shower. The balcony with flower-bed has a table and two chairs. Interconnecting rooms are available.

The Penthouse Suites are located on the 6th floor, are contemporary in design and decorated in terracotta and green hues. They comprise a separate bedroom and lounge area with the bedroom comprising of a king-size bed, two side-tables, television cabinet and chair. The lounge area has a large sofa with coffee table, television cabinet, desk, armchair and stool and small side table. The spacious modern bathrooms have a bath, Jacuzzi, two wash basins, walk-in shower unit and separate toilet. All Suites feature a double balcony with two small tables and four chairs and have panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Princess Suite is situated on the first floor of the hotel and is also primarily designed as a honeymoon suite. It has custom designed soft furnishings in shades of summer mist together with its art-deco furniture gives this suite it's individual character. The suite comprises of the bedroom and a separate large living room, a bathroom and extra washroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size circular bed, side tables, dressing-table, television set, luggage rack and one wall is panelled with full-length mirrors. The spacious dining and living area is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, a modern chaise lounge, a large couch, coffee table, three side tables and two armchairs. The spacious bathroom has a large corner Jacuzzi, in-built shower and is marble panelled. Children cannot be accommodated in this Suite.

The Royal Suite has a bedroom, open-plan living room and dining area (which will seat 8 persons), executive office area with desk and library, bathroom with Jacuzzi, private steam room with jet shower and a guest cloakroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobes and a 42” plasma screen. There is an additional room connected to the living room area of the Suite. Living, dining and office areas are open-plan with two separate seating areas, a 42” Plasma Screen and Hi-Fi System.
Sliding doors lead to the very spacious wooden-decked terrace surrounded by lush greenery, comfortable garden furniture with a dining area. On an elevated deck there is a shallow swimming pool and Jacuzzi, sunbeds, coffee table and chairs. The master bathroom is complete with Jacuzzi bath-tub, separate walk-in steam room with jet shower, two wash basins, and separate toilet area. Children cannot be accommodated in this suite.
